Penne with vegetables



Ingredients:
1 packet noodles
1 tomato
2 pcs. carrots
2 pcs. pepper
1 onion
200 g mushrooms
150 g spinach
vegetable oil
salt
Black pepper

For the sauce:

400 ml milk
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 tablespoons butter
salt
Grated cheese on top


First, fry the vegetables begin by the onion and carrots. After a while add peppers, mushrooms later, and finally tomatoes and spinach. When the spinach is cooked remove from the oven.

Then prepare the Bechamel sause as fry 2 tbsp meal with as much oil and butter. Once the flour and fry starts to distribute smell of fried flour add the cold milk and mix it constantly.

Cooked pasta, vegetables and beshameloviya sauce mix in pan and sprinkle with nastragan cheese and bake at preheated oven.

Lemon cake



Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup of flour
1 cup of starch
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of sugar
vanilla
lemon peel
baking powder

1. Start with mixing eggs with sugar, add the vegetable oil.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients at one place - starch, flour, baking powder, vanilla.
3. Start adding the dry ingredients to the eggs while constantly mixing.
4. Add grated lemon peel.

you can place it into cupcake papers or in big pan for cakes and bake it in 170 degrees preheated oven.

Cookies with apple filling






Ingredients:
for the Dough

Flour (as much as you need)
2 eggs
125 gr margarine
1 small tea cup yogurt
1/2 water glass sugar
1 baking powder
vanillia

For the filling
2 apples
sugar
Cinnamon

First start with preparing the filling. First peel the apples and grate them. Put a little butter on sausepan and then add the apples with around 1 cup of sugar and some cinnamon and cook them until their juice is boiled down.
After that prepare the dough by mixing all the ingredients and then start adding flour until you get nice thick dough. Roll it down and by the help of glasses cut down circle pieces out of the dough.


Then add some from the filling and press another piece of sircle dough and using fork press the 2 parts of dough together so they do not open while baking.
Bake them on 180 degrees preheated oven.

Lentil balls



Ingredients: 

1 cup of red lentil
1.5 cup of bulgur 
1 onion
parsley
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 green onions
2 tbsp of tomato paste
salt
cumin
red pepper powder
black pepper

Start with washing the lentil and bulgur separately. Boil them also separately and once they are ready mix them together.
In another pan put some vegerable oil together with the chopped onion. Once it is ready add it to the lentil and bulgur. Add chopped parsley, green onions, salt, cumin, red pepper powder, black pepper and some tomato paste and mix them together.
After that i served it using ice cream spoon.

Honey cookies - old recipe of my mother

This is our traditional cookies for new year (since we dont celebrate Christmass) and the recipe is older than me and my mother used to do them always with this same recipe that i love. 



Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 tea cup vegetable oil (70 gr)
1 tea cup sugar
4 tbsp honey
1 tbsp baking soda (mixed with 1 tbsp vinegar)
cinnamon
flour

Mix all the ingredients until you get a sticky dough and shape your biscuits. 
Bake it in 180 degrees warmed up oven and then  stich the biscuits to each other using plum marmalade and let them rest for few hours (in our video we let them rest 1 day) and then decorate them with chocolate and ground walnuts.

Bohca boregi



Igredients:
For the dough:
2 eggs
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 coffee cup of vegetable oil
1 coffee cup of water
flour (and you can add starch)

For the filling:
500 gr minced meat
2 onions
olive oil
parsley
black pepper
salt

First start with preparing with filling:
put some olive oil on a pan and fry the onions until they become transparent and add the minced meat. When the meat is ready add salt, black pepper and parsley.

For preparing the dough first mix all the fluids : eggs, water, juice of lemon and oil. When start adding the flour until you get a good consistency of the dough. Let it rest for half an hour and then make 15 little and even balls out of the dough and roll them out.
Put some olive oul on the rolled our dough and wrap them into square shape. Add the meat filling in half of the squares and wrap them into triangles.

Princess cake



 Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup yougurt
125 gr butter
2 cups flour
baking powder
vanilla
walnuts
cherry jam

For the topping:
4 egg whites
sugar

First whisk the eggs together with sugar and after that add the yogurt and butter. Mix the dryg ingredients together (flour, vanilla, baking powder) and start adding it to the eggs with a spoon and keep on mixing. When your cake dough is ready, put it on a tray, add some walnuts and bake it in 170 degrees.


At the time while waiting for the cake to be ready you can prepare the topping with 4 eggs whites and powder sugar.
When the cake is ready place some cherry jams on the cake and add the topping with a spoon. Bake it until the egg whites gets brown.

Dairy free pudding with quince jam and syrup of sloes



Ingredients:
200 grams of quice jam
180 grams of natural starch
around 1600 ml water
200 ml of sloes syrup (it is home made syrup boiler for fruits)

Quice jam is a bit harder than other jams so first of all i boiled the jam with 200 ml of water until the fruits get softer. After that i added the water and sloes syrup. In same with in another cup i mixed the starch with 200 ml of water. When the mixture was warmed up i added the mixture wit hstarch with constant mixing. Keep heating the pan until you get thick consistency of the pudding and then you can distribute it into glasses for serving. I also added some ground wallnuts as decoration.
