Recipe for brownies




Ingredients :
250 g dark chocolate
150 g butter
150 g sugar
60 g flour
3 eggs
vanilla
pinch of salt

First chocolate melted in a water bath with a little butter . Then whisk the eggs with the sugar . Then add and the chocolate. Mix it well. Add and the flour , vanilla and mix well.
Then placed in cupcake papers . And bake in a preheated oven.
As indeed I guess you've noticed no soda or baking powder , so it is not much fluffy , even at all. But becomes yummy.
Once out of the oven let it cool that a well in the refrigerator. When cold are delicious :)

Pogaca - easy and yummy buns

Poachata is very easy and delicious type of buns.


 Ingredients :
1.5  yeast powder (actually 1 package would be enough)
1.5 cups of milk
1 cup vegetable oil
3-4 eggs , 2 yolks are separated for using to brush the buns before baking
3-4 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
Around 1 kg flour

First, put the flour into a basin , where the dough will be kneaded. Make a hole in the middle of the flour and put the yeast . Pour the warm milk and if using dry yeast must wait to swell . Then add all other products ( oil, eggs , sugar, salt ) and kneads dough.
Then shape the cakes in the form of nodules . Although mine were not very successful , somewhat resembling a snail ....
And let them rest.
After two hours they smear the top with egg yolk and sprinkle with corrections choice - poppy seed choroltu , sesame.
And bake at pre-heated oven.

easy way to make baklava







Making baklava was not as difficult as most people think.
First take a pan , if rectangular would be much more convenient for the shape of the bowl. Oil the pan and start placing sheets for baklava. First you need to place like 4 to 7 sheets on the bottom of the pan. Then put chopped walnuts. After that place 3-4 sheets for baklava then plae more walnuts until you get the desired  thickness of the baklava.
Next step is to cut the baklava. You should cut it before baking and you will need very sharp knife and assistance to do it. Usually father is helping us with that part so the shapes are equal and very cimetric.
After that you should melt butter and oil with it the surface of baklava, being carefull not to remove any of the sheets on top, because it is already cut.
After that bake it in preheated oven until it gets golden brown color.
For preparing syrup for baklava you need 1 lt water and 1 kilogram sugar. Add vanilla and lemon to it and boil it.
After baklava is baked you should add the syrup.
Be careful!
If syrup is hot you baklava must be cold, or if ur syrup is cold  baklava must be hot.
In out case we always prefer syrup to be hot and baklava cold.
Let it rest for 1 day and eat!

Cupcakes with pudding




Ingredients :
200 g flour
1 package pudding (dr.Oetker)
1 baking powder
150 g sugar
1 vanilla
200 g Butter
3 eggs
100 ml milk
strawberry jam
250 g whipped cream

First put dry ingredients  and mix them - pudding , flour, baking powder and vanilla. Once you mix them put milk , butter, 3 eggs and sugar and mix with a mixer. Use the old cups custard mother because I had not yet bought a silicone cupcake cups . First oil them and then sprinkle with flour . Put 2 tablespoons of dough and then 1 strawberry jam on top then put more tablespoons of dough.
Bake cupcakes in preheated oven. and after you bake them decorate with whipped cream , and added frozen cherries on top.

Bulgarian peach cookies recipe

This is my favourite cookies recipe because they look amazing. Recipe is not hard, but it takes some time to prepare.




Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 cups castor sugar
1 cup cooking oil
3/4 cup yogurt
1 ammonia soda
1 teaspoon baking soda
6 cups flour (you will need a bit more)

Because we did not use powdered sugar First beat eggs with sugar . And I did not put 2 cups , as in the recipe , because it will become too sweet. We put a little more than one cup. Then add the yogurt and oil and then stirring begin adding the flour. Adding ammonia soda to the part of the flour and mix before adding it to the dough.
In fact, the dough can take a little more than 6 cups of flour. Yet the dough will be soft and sticky . After kneading it allow it to rest at least 1 hour .
Then shape into small round cookies .
After you bake it's time to stick them in pairs. Basically there cream for this purpose , buto prefer jam, because t is yummy and more practical.
Once the cookies stick 2 is time to paint them and decorate.
To do this you need food dyes or beetroot.
Usually they are painted in yellow, and once side in red, but since we had only red dye we used only red.
