Cookies with apple filling
Ingredients:
for the Dough
Flour (as much as you need)
2 eggs
125 gr margarine
1 small tea cup yogurt
1/2 water glass sugar
1 baking powder
vanillia
For the filling
2 apples
sugar
Cinnamon
First start with preparing the filling. First peel the apples and grate them. Put a little butter on sausepan and then add the apples with around 1 cup of sugar and some cinnamon and cook them until their juice is boiled down.
After that prepare the dough by mixing all the ingredients and then start adding flour until you get nice thick dough. Roll it down and by the help of glasses cut down circle pieces out of the dough.

Then add some from the filling and press another piece of sircle dough and using fork press the 2 parts of dough together so they do not open while baking.
Bake them on 180 degrees preheated oven.
Now you can also watch the video how we prepared it:

Honey cookies - old recipe of my mother
This is our traditional cookies for new year (since we dont celebrate Christmass) and the recipe is older than me and my mother used to do them always with this same recipe that i love.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 tea cup vegetable oil (70 gr)
1 tea cup sugar
4 tbsp honey
1 tbsp baking soda (mixed with 1 tbsp vinegar)
cinnamon
flour
Mix all the ingredients until you get a sticky dough and shape your biscuits.
Bake it in 180 degrees warmed up oven and then stich the biscuits to each other using plum marmalade and let them rest for few hours (in our video we let them rest 1 day) and then decorate them with chocolate and ground walnuts.
Please also check the video to see how we make them.

Bulgarian peach cookies recipe
This is my
favourite cookies recipe because they look amazing. Recipe is not hard, but it takes
some time to prepare.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 cups castor sugar
1 cup cooking oil
3/4 cup yogurt
1 ammonia soda
1 teaspoon baking
soda
6 cups flour
(you will need a bit more)
Because we did not use powdered sugar First beat eggs with
sugar . And I did not put 2 cups , as in the recipe , because it will become too sweet. We put
a little more than one cup. Then add the yogurt and oil and then stirring begin
adding the flour. Adding
ammonia soda to the part of the flour and mix before adding it to the dough.
In fact, the dough can take a little more than 6 cups of
flour. Yet the dough will be soft and sticky . After kneading it allow it to
rest at least 1 hour .
Then shape into small round cookies .
After you bake it's time to stick them in pairs. Basically
there cream for this purpose , buto prefer jam, because t is yummy and more practical.
Once the cookies stick 2 is time to paint them and decorate.
To do this you need food dyes or beetroot.
Usually they
are painted in yellow, and once side in red, but since we had only red dye we
used only red.
And it's done.
You can watch the video to see how I make them :)

Tiramisu recipe
We decided
to post it in icecream cups so it is easier to serve.
Recipe is
very easy to make.
You need:
500 g
mascarpone cheese
4 fresh
eggs
400 g
biscuits (actually we used less than it is on the recipe)
120 g sugar
cocoa
2
tablespoons instant coffee
To prepare
the biscuits you will need a “sause” with Nescafe <instant café>, sugar and water. You need to dip the biscuits
in the Nescafe for a second and then place them into the cups you will serve
the tiramisu.
for the cream
Separate
the egg whites from yolks of the 4 eggs and mix separately yolks and whites
with 60 grams of sugar for each . Then in the bowl of beaten yolks add
mascarpone cheese and stir ( better still with a mixer because otherwise it
takes too long ) . Finally add and beaten egg white , but it has to be stirred with a
wooden spoon and only in one direction.
Then put
the cream in cups. And sprinkle with cocoa. And it is better to put cocoa in
serving - it will look better.
